The credit union lobby will be closed & emergency physical visits will be by appointment only.

A feature has just been added that will give you the ability to have a secure login code sent to you via text message! This feature can be used to login instead of the passcode card which was sent to you when you opened your account.

During this time, we are following the latest news from President Trump, Governor Wolf and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). To ensure the safety of all our members and our Staff during this time, we are encouraging everyone to utilize Home Banking and Mobile Banking. With these services you are able to:

Check balances

Deposit Checks

Make loan payments, including VISA payments

Transfer funds

Apply for loans

If you MUST come into the Credit Union, we ask that you call ahead of time, we are here if you need us.

To sign up go to your app store to install Consumer 1st Federal Credit Union’s Application. You will also need to go into Home Banking, Manage Account, Activate Mobile Banking to receive the activation code needed to finalize installation.

SOCIAL SECURITY SCAMS: How to tell the difference between a scammer and a genuine call from the federal government.

  • The government WILL NOT THREATEN to take away benefits or ask for money or personal information to protect your social security card or benefits.
  • Scammers can fake your caller ID, DON”T BE FOOLED, the call may seem to be from the Social Security Administration’s (SSA’s) real phone number or the SSA inspector general’s fraud hotline number. You can always call the SSA directly at (800) 772-1213
  • If someone calls you asking for your social security number, bank account number or credit card information….HANG UP!!!!
  • You can report social security scams to the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.GOC/COMPLAINT and to the SSA office of Inspector General Fraud Hotline at (800) 269-0271 or OIG.SSA.GOV/REPORT
